Toomas Elmann shared his 1 year user experience with this Polar model and Excel randomly picked 3 names from 121 registered names. The lottery winner has to complete the race and participate in the prize giving ceremony. If the lottery winner doesn\u2019t do that for some reason then the 2nd and 3rd names \u2019in reserve\u2019 are Marko Paap and Mikhail Golubev.<\/p>\n<p>The winner of the first lottery is Madis Rouhijainen.
